Terms and Conditions

All children’s birthday parties are “drop off only” unless booked for the 11am start time.  Only the parents/siblings of the birthday child can be accommodated during the party. If you feel your guests are not prepared to attend a drop off party,  please only book the 11am birthday party. We ask that you notify your guests when sending out your invitations so all parents are aware of this.

All ceramic and glass party pieces will be wrapped with the guests name on them for the birthday host to pick up and distribute.  All canvas and wood party pieces will go home with the guests on party day. Ceramics/glass will be ready for pick up in 7-10 days from your party date and you will be called.

Children’s parties are 90 minutes and will start promptly at the time scheduled.  If you are having a 16 x 20 canvas party we will block a 2 hour party time for you.

Adult parties are 2.5 hours and will start promptly at the time scheduled.

Extra party time can be added on for $25 per half hour if we are able to accommodate your needs.

All party hosts will be able to visit the studio 30 minutes prior to the party start time to set up/decorate, etc.

Specific ceramic party pieces will need to be ordered 2 weeks in advance, otherwise party pieces will be based on availability of stock in our studio at the time of your party.

Canvas/Wood designs will need to be chosen one week in advance of the party date.

If your party does not meet the minimum number of guests required you will be responsible for payment based on the party minimum or the number of guests given at final headcount 24 hours before the party date.  We do prepare projects for your party based on the final headcount given.

If you are having food at your scheduled party, please don’t forget to bring all paper goods and plastic ware, candles, etc.  We are happy to assist with any special requests you may have.

Full payment for your party is due on party day unless pre-payment has been arranged.  Your party deposit will be applied to your final party payment.

No food is permitted in the studio during walk in hours unless you are visiting for a scheduled party or class or you have booked an event or party and have paid a party deposit in advance.
Drinks are permitted at any time.

There is no time limit you can spend in the studio during walk in hours.

Due to lack of space, we are unable to store your unfinished pieces in our studio. You will be sent home with your work in progress to bring back during another visit

A $5 returning painter fee will be applied each time a return visit is made to work on a project that is not finished.

There are no refunds or exchanges on gift certificates, door prizes, classes, events, camps, party deposits, promotional discounts or parties.

No studio credit will be given if canceled less than 48 hours from class time.

No shows will not receive a studio credit or refund.

Special gift certificate offers are only good until date listed on gift certificate. After that date the value paid for the gift certificate will be the value offered upon redemption in the studio. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

Walk in customers will not be called, texted or emailed when pieces are ready for pick up, unless we have a problem. We don’t want you to make a wasted trip.  Please look at your receipt for your pick up date and plan to pick up your creations within 30 days of that date. We are short on space and cannot store pieces for you.  We will call you as a friendly reminder if your pieces are left passed 30 days before we donate or discard them. Please pick up your creations, you spent time and money on them and we really want you to have them!
