- Just 6 guests on weekdays and 10 guests on weekends

- We provide wine glasses for your BYOB
- You can bring food & drinks
A final headcount will be requested 24 hours prior to your canvas party. Once that number is given, your party canvases will be prepared.
Once prepared, you will be responsible for any no shows on the date of your party. You will be given the prepared canvases to take with you.
ADDITIONAL PARTY DETAILS:
Yes, bring it along! We have glasses and bottle openers. Finger food, snacks, and small-bites platters are good. Just nothing that needs to be heated or plugged-in, for safety reasons. Don’t forget your paper and plastic ware.
Adding additional guests after the final headcount is given may be accommodated if space is available.
If guest lists drops below the final headcount given, you will be charged based on the final headcount.
Do you want your guests to pay their way by signing up individually?
No problem! Just let us know and we will post your party on our website calendar for each of your guests to sign-up in advance. We’ll share a unique URL just for you. Manage your guests – we’ll even list for you who’s signed up and who’s not.
Booking a Party at Gone Paintin’ requires a minimum of 10 guests on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and a minimum of 6 guests Mon- Thurs. You can change your party once before 10 days prior to your original date. Your deposit is fully refunded only on the day of your party or can be applied to the remaining party balance which is due at the end of your party.
You may add additional time to your party in increments of 30 minutes. The cost is $25 per half hour.
We will contact you a week in advance to get a more accurate headcount to be prepared for your party. All accompanying guests are expected to be participating in the party.
If you have your guests pay their own way in advance through our website you will be responsible for any shortfalls in the guest count at the time of the party.
